Due to some recent issues we decided to make some clarifications about our policy for customs.
Our process is:
•When placing your request, please be as specific as possible as to how you would like your custom(s). (i.e. Colors, designs, names, etc.)
•After discussing the details of your request, we will then send you a preview of the custom for your approval.
•Once everything is to your liking and it is approved by you, then we will send you the info for payment.
•Upon receiving the payment, we will send your link(s) out to you. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your order. It usually never takes that long but personal issues do sometimes come up!
•After payment and receiving the wall that you have previously approved, if you would like to make more changes or a different design, this WILL be charged as a separate custom!
