PLEASE READ!!

Due to issues I am currently having with PayPal, customs are ONLY open to people paying via paypal balance! Paypal isn't letting me accept payments from cards so even though it says the payment is completed, I'm not receiving it. I'm working with paypal to get it fixed and they had me create a new paypal account. Once it is verified, I should be able to accept all customs again. Thank you all and I apologize!
